The headset has a built in answer/end button.  Like most entry level headsets, the earbud is not the most comfortable but works.  For those that need a compact headset solution that will be used only on occasion this is a good option.

If you need to keep your phone charged and carry around a laptop or have access to a computer, this cable is a must have.  It is compatible with a multitude of phones using the Mini-USB port including many popular Motorola, Blackberry, and LG phones.

Some mini-usb cable only charge while others will not only charge but allow you to sync data.  The Belkin F3U138B06-ATTis a good option that allows both charging and data syncing.  Belkin does not provide any sync software though so you will have to purchase or download the software separately.

If there is a charging USB cable available for your phone model, this may be the ultimate must have accessory so you are never stuck with a paperweight instead of a usable phone.

I started with their contact information and BBB report.  They are located in California and have a good BBB report.  So far so good right?  Wrong.  Next I looked at the seals on the bottom of the page.  They all worked except for the TRUSTe seal.  I went to the TRUSTe website and found eforcity not in their list of members.  I searched the TRUSTe site just to make sure I did not miss anything only to find that eforcity has no record with TRUSTe. 

Hmm, big time red flags.  So they have a face privacy seal on their website.  That led me to the privacy policy.  Here is what I found -

“Our site’s registration form requires users to give us contact information (name and email address) and demographic information (zip code, age, or income level). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company and promotional material from some of our partners. ”

“Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (email address) and financial information (account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send our customers orders, our company information, and promotional materials from some of our partners.”

“We run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (email address) and demographic information (zip code, age, or income level). We use contact information from our contests to send users information about our company and promotional materials from some of our partners.”

 Basically, this is an example of a privacy policy that allows them to sale your information to anyone.  This information can be very valuable as the National Do Not Call Registry has had a big impact on telemarketing.  By buying from Eforcity, your registration on the do not call list can be legally voided.  So you may save a couple of bucks but is it worth it to get a ton of spam and phone calls during dinner?

My answer to this is no way.  I personally will spend my money elsewhere.

Security was an obvious consideration based on the setup of the belt clip.  You can either use the ratcheting spring loaded belt clip or attach the holster using by threading your belt through the two reinforced belt loops. 

The magnetic flap is strong enough to keep the holster from opening on its own and provides convenient access when wanting to open or close it.  The cash and card compartment snaps shut so it does not open by mistake when accessing the phone. 

The stitching and leather are both of high quality and provide a quality look and fell to the holster.  Most Smartphones like Blackberry, Samsung Blackjack, Motorola Q series, and similar phones fit well.

The WildCharger™ pad is flat and thin with a conductive surface. Once a cell phone or other electronic device that is enabled with WildCharge technology is placed on the pad – anywhere on the pad and at any orientation – it will instantaneously receive power from the pad. It is that simple. And charging speed is the same as if the device is plugged to the wall!

While this sounds pretty cool, a truly wireless charger is in the works from another company that if it hits the market, will be even cooler.  Initial tests show it will charge the device if placed within 3 feet of the charger.  No contact between the device and charger are required.  This Witricity as it has been termed is in development at MIT.  For now, the WildCharge may be the way to go but in the future, Witricity sounds pretty cool.

Based on our experience, the Cellective cases are a great buy.  They are very good quality and the clip options are very nice to have available.  While these holsters may run a few dollars more than holsters without these options, when you consider a good holster should last at least a  year, the difference in cost is negligible.
